1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how DigiBouquet collects, uses, and shares information when you create or view a digital bouquet, use optional account or payment functionality, or contact support.

2. Information We Collect

  • Bouquet content: flower, greenery, card, theme, recipient, message, signature, optional music URL and title selections, the share link identifier, and the number of recorded views.
  • Account information: if account features are used, your name, email address, password hash, email verification status, Google account identifier if you use Google sign-in, and passkey credential information if you register a passkey.
  • Technical and security information: cookies, session records, IP address, user agent, authentication and verification tokens, rate-limit data, and security or service event logs.
  • Usage analytics: page views, referring pages, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and related analytics identifiers collected through Google Analytics.
  • Payment information: if payment functionality is used, order, credit, subscription or donation details, optional billing email or message, and transaction identifiers received from Stripe. DigiBouquet does not store full payment card details.
  • Communications: support emails, sender details, message contents, replies, and any attachments sent to the support address.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create, host, display, and measure views of shared bouquets.
  • Provide accounts, authentication, verification, session management, and password recovery.
  • Process optional purchases, subscriptions, credits, and donations, and maintain transaction records.
  • Respond to support, privacy, removal, and copyright-related requests.
  • Prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, investigate problems, and maintain service security.
  • Understand traffic and page usage through Google Analytics to evaluate and improve the service.
  • Operate, diagnose, improve, and administer the service.

4. Shared Bouquets Are Link-Accessible

When you create a bouquet, the service produces a unique share link. Anyone who has that link may be able to view the bouquet, including its message, displayed names, signature, and linked music information, and recipients can forward the link to others. Do not include information in a bouquet that you do not want recipients or other link holders to see.

5. Providers and Sharing

We may disclose information as necessary to operate the service with the following categories of providers or recipients:

  • Cloudflare for hosting, storage, caching, email routing support, and abuse prevention infrastructure.
  • Stripe when you use an available payment, subscription, credit, or donation feature.
  • Google when you choose an available Google sign-in feature.
  • Google Analytics for measuring site visits and usage patterns.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile when verification protection is enabled on a relevant form.
  • Email delivery providers when needed to send verification, password recovery, or support communications.
  • Anyone with a bouquet share link, for the bouquet content you chose to publish through that link.

DigiBouquet uses analytics measurement but does not identify a sale of personal information for advertising purposes in the current service implementation.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain information as reasonably needed to provide the service, keep shared bouquets available, process transactions, respond to communications, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. A removal request may be required if you want a shared bouquet taken down.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. However, no internet service or method of storage can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, or request removal of a shared bouquet, by contacting support@digibouquet.cc. Please provide enough information for us to identify the applicable account, communication, payment record, or bouquet link. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

8. Updates and Contact
