Do I need an account to create a bouquet?
No. The primary bouquet creation and sharing experience does not require sign-up. Account features may be available for other parts of the service.
Who can see a shared bouquet?
Anyone who has the unique share link may be able to view the bouquet and its message. A recipient can forward that link, so do not include private information that you would not want shared.
How can I remove a shared bouquet?
Email us with the bouquet link and your removal request. Include enough context for us to locate the bouquet and assess your request.
Can I add any music link?
Only share music or other linked material that you have the right or permission to share. DigiBouquet displays or opens the link you provide and does not grant music licenses or host that linked audio for you.
How do I get help with an account or a payment?
Email us from the address associated with your account or transaction where possible. Do not send card numbers, passwords, passkeys, or other sensitive credentials.
How do I report copyright infringement?
Send a copyright complaint identifying the copyrighted work, the reported DigiBouquet URL, your contact information and authority to act, and statements that you believe the use is unauthorized and your report is accurate.
